Blackford Youth Soccer League offers year-round opportunities for youth athletes to develop skills, build confidence, and enjoy competitive and recreational play in a structured, community-focused environment.
Fall Soccer League
Season: July – October
Divisions: U6, U8, U10, U12, U15
Our Fall League is our primary recreational season and serves the majority of our athletes each year. This program focuses on skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and game fundamentals in a supportive and organized environment.
Players participate in weekly practices and games designed to match their age and developmental level. Teams are balanced to ensure competitive and positive experiences for all participants.
The Fall League is ideal for:
First-time players learning the game
Returning players building skills
Families seeking structured community athletics
Registration typically opens in late spring.
Spring Soccer League (Grade 6th-8th)
Season: Spring
Divisions: Grades 6th-8th
Our Spring League provides additional developmental play opportunities for our younger athletes. This season is shorter and focuses on continued skill growth, confidence building, and maintaining engagement in the sport.
Spring programming emphasizes:
Ball control and movement
Small-sided gameplay
Fun, fast-paced development
Reinforcement of fundamentals
This league is a great option for players looking to stay active and continue improving between fall seasons.
Summer Soccer Camp
Held: July
Our Summer Soccer Camp offers concentrated skill development in a high-energy, instructional setting. Camp sessions are designed to focus on individual technique, positional awareness, teamwork, and game strategy.
Camp is open to players looking to:
Improve core skills
Prepare for fall league or school teams
Build confidence in a focused training environment
The camp provides an engaging, positive atmosphere that combines skill-building with fun.
