When does registration open?
Registration for our Fall League opens May 1 each year. We encourage families to register early, as divisions may close once roster limits are reached. All registration is now completed online through TeamLinkt.
What age divisions do you offer?
Divisions are organized by age group and participation numbers each season. Age brackets are determined based on birth year guidelines and overall registration totals.
Players are placed into divisions after registration and payment are completed. Specific division breakdowns are published each season once registration closes.
If you have questions about placement, please contact us prior to registering.
What does my child need for the season?
Each registered player will be provided a team jersey.
Players are responsible for bringing:
Black shorts
Soccer socks
Shin guards (required for all practices and games)
Soccer cleats (no metal studs)
A properly sized soccer ball
A labeled water bottle
Players should bring their cleats, shin guards, socks, and ball to every practice and game.
What size soccer ball does my child need?
Ball size depends on division:
U6–U8: Size 3
U10–U12: Size 4
U14 and older: Size 5
If you are unsure, your coach can confirm at the start of the season.
When does the fall season begin?
Practices typically begin in late July, with games starting in August. A detailed schedule will be posted prior to league play.
When is Picture Day?
Picture Day is typically held on the first Saturday of the regular season when all teams are scheduled to play at the complex.
Occasionally, depending on scheduling needs, it may also be held the following week. Final details and times will be communicated through TeamLinkt and our social media channels.
Do you have a postseason tournament?
Yes. Our postseason tournament typically begins the last Saturday of September, with championship games held on the following week.
Exact dates may vary slightly each season and will be announced once the schedule is finalized.
Where are games played?
All games are played at the Blackford Youth Soccer Complex in Hartford City, Indiana. Our facility includes five dedicated youth soccer fields and one regulation high school competition field.
How often are practices and games?
Practice schedules are determined by individual coaches. Most teams practice one to two times per week.
Games are typically held on weeknights and/or Saturdays depending on division.
What is your refund policy?
Refund requests must be submitted prior to the start of the regular season. Once uniforms are ordered and teams are formed, refunds may be limited or unavailable. Each request is reviewed individually by league leadership.
Can my child play if they have never played soccer before?
Absolutely. Our program is designed to develop players of all skill levels. We focus on skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and creating a positive athletic experience.
Are pets allowed at the complex?
Only well-behaved service animals are permitted on the complex. For the safety of all players and families, pets are not allowed during practices or games.
